15, 2005. There will be a late fee of $25.00 assessed to
any rider not paid in full by this deadline. The second lottery
for float positions will be held for those floats having 16
members with dues paid in full by the September 15 deadline at the October
Social. All remaining floats will be assigned at the
December Social.
